At this time, I only offer virtual sessions, but will likely be offering in-person in the near future!

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your health history, relationship with food, eating patterns, lifestyle, medical history, and any concerns or challenges you're experiencing. We'll also talk about your goals and begin creating a personalized plan to support your needs.

Meal plans are not a routine part of my practice, as they don't typically align with my approach to building a healthy, flexible relationship with food. Instead, I provide individualized guidance to help you develop sustainable eating habits. However, structured meal plans or meal support may be recommended on a case-by-case basis depending on your diagnosis, medical needs, or stage of recovery.
